Access to the Virtual Conference and Recordings is available for participants who have registered.

Click on the orange LOG IN button to acces the Conference online system

Log in to your account. At the overview page, select ‘ACCESS THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE’

Click the ZOOM link to join the virtual session

The Zoom website launches and prompts you to confirm that you wish to enter the meeting

If you are joining the Session before the host has started the meeting, please wait in the lobby until the host starts the Session.

The session chair will mute your microphone during the entire session

Once the session recording is processed, a Youtube link will be published at the Virtual Agenda

What do I need to attend as a virtual participant?
To attend the virtual conference, you require a valid registration, good internet connection, your computer/laptop and optionally a headset/headphones. Zoom will be used for all sessions.

Do I need a Zoom account to use Zoom as a virtual participant?
A Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. If you are not a frequent Zoom user or you will be using a different device than normal you may want to perform a test. To join Zoom via your web browser, please check the minimum browser requirements.

Can I choose to attend different sessions or will there be only one live stream to watch?
You will be able to switch from one splinter session to another anytime you want.

If I miss a session, can I catch it back later as a record?
Indeed. The records will be available for conference participants.

What time zone will the sessions be released in?
The conference is taking place according to the Osaka time zone, Japan Standard Time (JST).

When are the recordings available?
Recordings will need to be processed and will be available the next day. They will remain available on the Conference Online system Conftool, for a couple of months.
